Return Shipping Charges Policy

To ensure a smooth return process, return shipping charges will apply when a product is returned for reasons other than receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

• Applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

• No return shipping charges will be applied if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• If the product is received broken or damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.

• Pickup and refund processing will begin only after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
