Return & Refund Policy

At Homivio, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy will help you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain items such as personal care products, customized items, or perishable goods are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

• Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
• Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for pickup (if available).

3. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

4. Exchange Policy

• We allow exchanges for defective or damaged products only.
• If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, downloadable products, software, customized items, and perishable goods.
• Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “non-returnable”.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Order Cancellation Facility

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
