At Homivio, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and in the best condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully:

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver products across India (Pan-India service).
  • International shipping may be available on selected products (extra charges may apply).

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 working days (within India).
  • Express delivery: 2–4 working days (selected cities only).
  • International delivery: 10–15 working days, depending on the destination.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (within India).
  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be charged.
  • International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment in real-time.

6. Delays in Shipping

  • Unforeseen delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier partner issues, or government restrictions.
  • Homivio is not liable for such external delays, but we will keep you updated.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, kindly contact our customer support within 48 hours.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

8. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
  • Homivio will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
